ARA Journeys Return Policy
At ARA Journeys, we strive to provide quality products that connect culture and innovation. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns in accordance with New Zealand law.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, replacement, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Digital products (such as downloadable game art) are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
- Custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us at info@arajourneys.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We will review your request and send you a return authorization if eligible.
- Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving authorization.
Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Please ensure that items are packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
3. Refunds and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or you may choose store credit for future purchases.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, if an item is faulty, doesn’t match the description, or is unsuitable for its intended purpose, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, and we will provide instructions on the next steps.
